Fibre for housing cooperatives · Bergen

Fibre for the entire building.
The board decides the line — residents decide the rest.

Avur delivers fibre to the wall in every unit. Collective agreement where all units are included — one invoice to the association. Price negotiated based on number of units. Residents choose themselves what to connect. No TV lock-in, no equipment rental.

Collective agreement
One invoice to the association
All units are included in the agreement. The residential association or housing cooperative receives one combined invoice. Price negotiated based on number of units — the more units, the better price per unit.
Freedom of choice
Residents choose themselves
Avur delivers the line. What residents connect is up to them. No mandatory TV package, no router rental. Residents who want more can upgrade on their own.
Norwegian support
Local provider in Bergen
Avur has its office and data centre at Casperkollen in Bergen. The board calls here — not a call centre. Norwegian provider, Norwegian contract, Norwegian responsibility.
Process

How it works for the board

1

Get in touch

Avur checks whether the building is within the coverage area.

2

Site visit and quote

Avur visits and sends a written quote per unit.

3

General assembly

The board presents the case. Avur provides presentation materials if desired.

4

Agreement and installation

Avur installs fibre to the wall in every unit.

5

One invoice to the association

The association receives one combined invoice. The cost is distributed through the shared costs. No per-resident invoicing work for the board.
