Terms of Service for Avur AS
These terms apply to all services delivered by Avur AS (org. 928 077 993) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Contractual relationship
The agreement between the customer and Avur is governed by Norwegian law. All disputes shall be settled at Bergen District Court.
Service description
Avur delivers services as described in the individual agreement. Avur reserves the right to make technical changes that do not materially affect the functionality of the service.
Payment
- Invoicing is monthly in advance
- Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date
- Late payment incurs interest in accordance with the Norwegian Late Payment Interest Act
Termination
The agreement may be terminated with three months’ notice. The notice period commences on the first day of the month following receipt of the termination notice, and runs for three full calendar months. Unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of liability
Avur’s liability is limited to direct losses and cannot exceed the value of the affected service in the preceding 12 months.
